All About Me

I have been working in West Wales as a birth and postnatal doula for 19 years. I completed my training with Doula UK in 2010. I have supported Homebirth, Freebirth, Waterbirth, VBAC, HVBAC, HWVBAC, MLU, Breech, Consultant led birth and Gentle C/S. Postnatally I have supported a wide range of families from 2 weeks to 6 months postpartum.

I live off grid with my husband, two teenagers, one cat, five ducks and two ponies.

Support Services

Antenatal Visits

I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Antenatal Visits, my goal is to inform, educate and empower you. Allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.

Birth

With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing

Postnatal Support

Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role as a postnatal doula is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. I am a trained breastfeeding supporter.
